After your order has been purchased, you can expect your packages to be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. If you back-ordered an out of stock product, you can expect your package to be shipped within 5 to 10 business days.
For local or domestic shipping in Greece, your package will be shipped via Speedex.
For international shipping options, your package will be shipped via DHL.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for up to 15 days after the date of reception of your purchase.
To return cosmetics, the product must still be sealed and unused in order for us to reimburse your order (with the exception of products that might have had a manufacturing issue or have arrived to you damaged).
To return olive wood products, the items must be returned with no damage to them on your part in order for us to reimburse your order.
Kindly remember also that our olive wood products are all hand-crafted unique items, each having its own olive wood pattern, so slight variations between the pictures displayed in this store and your final purchased product are to be expected.
